Emerald Palace Condo Pattaya Hits Foor 6!
This week we are going to pour the concrete for the 6th floor at Emerald Palace, the building is really growing now and with only one residential floor, the rooftop and roof to go an end to the major construction work is in sight. I am hoping that we can make a video of the concrete pouring and include a link to this from our website, it really is an amazing site, 60 conctrete mixing trucks lined up all at once, everybody running around in wellington boots, lots of shouting and belowing of orders, great fun!!
We are now also running very short of forien freehold units, with only 31 studios left. If you want one get in quick we increase the prices by 10% on the 1st October 2008!
