Pattaya is hot this time of year but it is a good time to look for property, tourist numbers are down so real estate agents have more time to spend with you.
It is more likely too that the condo or house you want to look at will be vacant and available to view as many owners rent in the high season.
For those coming to Pattaya for the long term, now is good time to arrive as there are many more available properties to see in the low season, and cheaper rates can be negotiated for long term rentals.
